As summer ends and it starts getting colder outside. What happens next may you ask???? I I start to eat more and exercise and play less sports. As the temperature starts to get into the 50's there is virtually no more exercise except to run for the train or subway. In the dead of winter I am just like a bear.... I hibernate.... All I do is eat, sleep, and eat some more. I have been doing this for the past few months and now have become ______.
So every year as winter dies down and the temperatures start to rise, so does my need to lose weight. The idea of seeing a bunch on sexxy lil things walking, in short skirts, shaking their booty for all the guys to stare at while walking down the street gives all men some encouragement to get fit for the summer months. No guy wants to have bigger boobs then a girl at the beach. So what is there to do? LOSE Some fucking weight, tone up, and do weights at the gym.
I have may accepted the fact that I will not have a six pack like the people on the Jersey Shore but I cannot accept the fact that I will not be healthy.
I have decided that I will go back on the Zeller diet and will describe the extreme amount of pain and suffering that I am going to incur from the lack of food and excise I am going to do to my body.
When will be the Resurrection of the Zeller Diet????

I stopped Blogging and become a Blob!
When I stated this blog this summer I wanted to use it as encouragement to lose weight. If I had people reading about my daily stats I would feel motivated to reach my goals to make me happy and to show all of you that things are possible. The second reason I started this blog was to learn about online marketing. I advertised this blog a lot of different ways and it worked out well. From this blog I learned Pay Per Click and Search Engine Marketing and now I have a job. Since I have started work I have STOPPED BLOGGING.
BTduBBs- I love blogging and I love my horrible spelling and grammar. DEAL WiTH IT.
Now its not that big of a deal that I stopped Blogging, I mean now all my readers don't get there daily laughs from my blog which everyone needs. The problem is that once I stopped blogging I stopped trying to show everyone I could lose weight. I stopped working out. I stopped eating right. AND NOW I HAVE BECOME HUGE, FAT, and just a BIG BOY. Well not really that big, but to my normal winter weight.
I need to get my lazy ass back to the gym. I need to stop sitting on my ass watching TV and playing video games. (I finally beat Assigns Creed 3 Today, Game is Sick) I need motivation, I need my blog, I need my viewers back.
I have been afraid to weight myself over the past 3 months because I did not want to see the results. But I am going on the scale right now.....Well i just hopped on the scale and it said error, but thats because I hit the wrong button. But after i fixed that the fucked dooshbag of a scale said i weight 190.2 pounds. This is fucking horrible, this is fucking bullshit, i fucked worked my ass off this summer to lose weight only to come back fatter then ever.
I think I shall start to blog again on a more frequent basic and get try to get the motivation too lose weight again. Let me know what you think I should do......

train ride home
so i just got done with the gym and im on the train going home. i am sitting next to this huge fat grotesk women with a bag of Mcdonalds. she just finished two cheeseburgers and large fries and is currently in the process of downing a milkshake in record speed. if only she could run as fast as she can suck she wouldnt be a beachback whale in the making. seeing this only gives me more reason to get my ass to the gym to loose weight and look sexxy for all you dime pieces out there. Zeller is back and hes on his grind. she just finished the milkshake and has a lil bit dripping of her chin. other news...... i ran on the treadmill today with great sucess.

I joined a NEW GYM
So today I joined New York Sports Club gym on Wall Street. Its the most affordable gym to where I work. It also is a great gym and has everything I need, elliptical machines and upper weight chests machines. I will try to return to my blogging soon because I like blogging and people like to read my blog. More to come tomorrow.

Venice Beach
I wish there was a place like Venice Beach Boardwalk near my house. I love to Rollerblade and Venice Boardwalk is always filled with people rollerblading. I did my workout today by rollerblading around my area, there was no nice beach to look at, no cuties to look at, no LA sunset to look at. The only thing in my view were mini mansions all around me. Nice, but not California.
I also want to update that I did go to the gym yesterday and ran on the elliptical for 33 min and lost 415 calories. Then I did weight lifting for another half hour. Later on in the day I played an intense game of football where my team won beating Mr. C Hurricane and The ill Indian. It was the comeback of the century. They were shutting us out and then we came back.

(Flying back to Indiana University)
I wish I was going back to Indiana University. There was so much I learned their and I want to go back to learn more. I miss my professors to (actually only some of you) some of my professors sucked. My education there was unreal. Everything taught in class was something I would need to know in the future.
Most of the things in that paragraph were lies. I do with I was going back to IU for one more year to be with my friends and party. Everyday is Spring Break at IU. Currently most of you Hoosiers are moving back in this week to your sick apartments and booze. There's gonna be drinking till 6 in the morning for the next few weeks.
This is advice for any freshman going to IU or any other college. Make sure not to get any foreign teachers because they suck and its impossible to learn. They can barley speak any English and you can never understand them. Going to office hours is even worse because they just piss you off even more. So try to avoid getting the foreign teachers.
Back to the reason I Started this blog, Diet and Weight loss. There are a few ways to go about working out at Indiana University. There is the SRSC which is the main gym which is huge. Go there if you want to see the hottest girls at Indiana University work out. And trust me, girls go there just to check out guys. They go in packs and make scouting charts like I am doing for my fantasy football draft. These girls make there wish list and top picks. AND guess what girls, guys are doing the same damm thing. Seriously, the SRSC is almost as good as Sports Bar.
Your next option to work out at is in the HYPR Building. That's where I did most of my working out as a freshman on campus. Its more of a Mans gym. It looks like Average Joe's from Dodge Ball. The third option for gyms is Cardinal Fitness. This gym offers convenience for anyone living downtown. It has a lot of treadmills and elyptical machines. It also has a decent selection of weight machines and free weights. I spent a lot of time at this gym my junior and senior year. Its where I was able to drop madd weight last summer and return to my sexxy form.
If I was in B-Town on a Wednesday my drinking schedule would be:
9:15 -10:00 pm - Shower and get ready
10:01 - 11:00 pm - Pregame
11:01 - 12:30 am - Crazy Horse (Half Price Bottles of Wine - I suggest getting the Citra Pinot Grigio for $10)
12:31 - 3:00 am - Sports Bar (No Cover and Half off drinks) great deal ...

Jets vs Giants Football Game
Today I will be going to the Jets vs Giants Football game. I will be going their 4 hours before the game to tailgate. When I get back from the game I will share my experience and give advice on how to maintain your diet while tailgating........
The first tailgate of the year was crazy.... Parking lot opened at 3 and we were drinking by 3:15. I am currently writing this blog post intoxicated (drunk). We started off by pounding Bud Light. According to my diet rules you are only allowed to have one beer, however, playing sports while drinking allows you to drink as much as you want of light beer. The sport of choice was football. Greatest Game On Earth. While we were playing all of the NY JETS flight girls (dance crew) arrived in there cars and were walking to the stadium with their suitcases. They were some fine ass girls. My friend Mr. S even asked to take a pic with them but they were too busy. Those girls were fine. They couldnt handle Zeller even if they wanted to.
Next arrived more friends who brought 2 bottles of Grey Goose. Seriously. It made it so much better at the tailgate. If i was not drunk before, I was wasted after the bottles came. Great Call. It started to rain at one point which just made it even better. Football goes hand in hand with rain and snow. Mans sport.
How to maintain a diet while at a tailgate? Simple. When you eat a hamburger or hot dog make sure to use a wheat bun or no bun at all. However, a bun is necessary when you want to add ketchup and mustard. Next thing you must do is stop drinking all that fucking beer that is around you. Drink some vodka. You are not an alcholic if you drink a vodka on the rocks at 4 in the afternoon. You are just on a diet. Make sure to avoid all things pork while at a tailgate. It has to high of a fat content. Eat fish instead. Seared black and blue Tuna on a char coal grill is amazing. Try it.
I want everyone to watch the video I posted yesterday. It had 20,000 hits in just 3 days. Its a great video about Long Island, NY, that is more real then you might want to believe. Also share my blog with everyone you know, I want this blog to take off like that video.

WEIGHT GAIN ???
So I had a spur of the moment when I was writing my blog post a few days ago to go back on the Zeller Diet. I did not follow through with it and I have some bad news. I have gained back some of my weight. I weigh around 171 pounds now. The good news is that I still use the same belt notch I was using when I was at my lowest weight. I mean I still look like freshly cut diamond, with all its sparkle.
Swagger Jack. Everyone says that phrase this summer. People are wearing shirts saying swagger jack. What is the deal. Why is everyone trying to steal my swagger. I am tired of getting swagger jacked. I wonder who came up with the term swagger jack. Is the phrase swagger jack coined? "Your Fired," mad Donald Trump Millions. What can Swagger Jack do for me?
Health Tip of the Day: Eat a wide range of nutrient-rich foods. You need more than forty different nutrients for good health, and no single food supplies them all.
There was no bomb shells or grenades this weekend. The weekend was just chill.

Reacher and Settler
DISCLAIMER: All things in my blog may or may not be true and do not judge me by it. Especially if you are looking to hire me. Especially if you were the people I interviewed with today and were reading my blog to me on the phone.
I went to the gym today and did the elliptical for 33 min and lost 415 calories. I also lifted weights for 30 min. I skipped the light weight reps and just did all heavy sets.
In life there is always one that reaches and one that settles. I can no longer be a settler in my life. I stopped my diet because I reached my old weight and this is not acceptable on any terms. I was so bad this week that I even had McDonald's after the Steve Wilkos show at around 11 at night. I reasoned with myself that if I only had a cheeseburger and smoothly when everyone else was pigging out with huge meal that it would be okay but its not. My eating got so bad that I even went to KFC yesterday and got the doublishous meal. It was horrible but I still ate it like a fat big, grease and all.
I am going back on the Zeller Diet hardcore. I have to. This is supposed to be the final diet ever. Just read the title of my blog. Its messed up how I stopped being on my diet. Its almost as bad as what Big Ben did (Ben Rothlisburger) but not really cause I only fucked over my diet and he fucked an unconscious girl.

The Steve Wikos Show
So I went to the gym today and worked out real hard on the elliptical. I rode that machine real hard, got my moneys worth out of it. I really did not feel like doing any workout today and wanted to get off 5 min after I got on but then something happened. Some nice piece of eye candy go onto the machine next to me. Since I did not want to seem like a bitch I stayed on. This eye candy looks nothing like those grenades in the city the other night. This girl was moving so fast on the machine I had to step up my game. I needed to be moving faster at a harder resistance which I did. I was so glad that this girl on stayed on for 20 because if she stayed on for any longer I would have passed out. So I finished in 33 min and lost 438 calories. Then I did my weight lifting. I really need to be more consistent with my gym regiment because I skipped a few days.
So the tip for today is work out with someone else because it makes you work out harder.
So yesterday I went with 16 other people on a bus to Stanford, Connecticut. You may ask what is there. My best answer would be Bobby V's. Bobby Valentines bar (former NY Mets Manager) The other attraction for this city is talk shows and they host Jerry Springer, Steve Wikos, and Montel Williams. The bus ride their was great. I got hammered off this drink called Four Locos. 12% alcohol in 24 oz cans. I drank 2 in a hour. I was feeling.... interesting. Actually very hyper, there was so much fucking sugar and caffeine in it that it made me crazy. I was barking like a dog during the show screaming, Steve, Steve, Steve, Steve and then at some points I was saying Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, because Jerry Springer is the man. I even got to take a picture with Steve. I am waiting for someone to send it to me. He even said he will check out my blog. I will let you know if it happens

Grenade City
View from the Rooftop Pre-Game
Last night in NYC was wild. I turned the night for myself into Grenade City. Why? Because it was the easiest thing to do. No skillz are involved when dealing with a grenade. Make sure not to pull out the pin and have the grenade explode while you are in the kill radius. I was not fast enough last night and took some damage. There was an abundant amount of hot tail at the bar but I managed to find every last C4, TNT, and Grenade possible at the bar. Was it worth it? Fuck, Yes. Why? Entertainment, I can't do boring, my head wont allow it.

Big City Night
This is a stamp from the place I went last. Fucking Amazing time. Its the only place where 1 hour seems like 10 min.
It was such a nice day outside. Just a perfect summer day. Mid 80's and a nice breeze. I could not ask for anything more. So I had to skip the gym today do to a lack of time. However, I did manage to play football for over an hour so I got my cardio in, but I really still needed to pump some iron. I'm still going to look fly tonight, Top Notch Status.
So as the title says, its going to be big city night. This is one of the last weekends before all my friends that are going to law school leave. I would have liked to go to law school, but as you all have noticed from reading my blog that I am not smart enough. I fit best in the business world where real men make real deals.
I will be following the Zeller Rules of Drinking and if you are watching your weight follow the rules as well.

Fruit from 7-Eleven
So tonight I went out to grab some dinner with my friend and then I went to see the movie Dinner for Schmucks. Since I was already out and it was coming close to the start of the movie I did not have time to go home and pack my movie snacks. I have become very fond of bringing a bag of blueberries and a bag of peanuts with me when I go to the movies. COST AND HEALTH EFFECTIVE.
So we decided to stop at the 7-Eleven before we went into the movie theater. Surprisingly enough when I looked around I noticed they sold fruit there. I said to myself, "lets get some fruit, and stay on the Zeller Diet, how can could it be."
There was a golden red Apple just sitting in refrigerator and it has this shine that caught my eye and I had to have it. I have come to find out what a mistake I made. During the movie I got hungry and took one bite of the apple. It was the fucking worst bite I have ever taken in my life. I am talking about awful. Just terrible. Like eating some bad snatch, but worse. So the moral of the story is, I understand how it is very important to follow the rules of the Zeller Diet, but get a candy bar at 7-Eleven, Never the Apple.
Health Tip of the Day: Do not buy fruit from 7-Eleven

Lost More Weight.... Really?
Yes, it is true. I have lost more weight. After I finished the gym today I decided to weigh myself to see where I was at. I am so shocked with the results and now I feel compelled to tell my avid audience that I lost an additional 2 pounds. I currently weigh 168 pounds. Seriously, I didn't even know it was possible. I have been eating bread and carbs over the last 2 weeks and have had some Ralph's. (For anyone that doesn't know what Ralph's is? I will tell you. Its the best place to get Italian ices, either water or cream based and they have over 100 flavors. Best Place to go in the summer)
I mean there is probably a good reason for the weight loss. I am still sort of on my diet. I eat small portions and 3 meals a day. I have added a piece of banana bread or whole wheat toast to my breakfast which already includes a yogurt. I still go to the gym almost everyday. I did the elliptical machine today for 26 min and lost 335 calories. Then I did a full body session of weight lifting for 1 hour. I probably lost around 450 calories in that hour of heavy weight lifting.
We are now in the second half of summer and I still do have abs like The Situation and since the Jersey Shore has all new episodes it gives me great reason and motivation to go back to the gym.
Health Tip of the Day: Always use low fat calorie salad dressing and always check the serving size because they try to trick you. And its not Halloween, so you should not have to be tricked, you should only have healthy treats.

Its Show Time
So I have been doing heavy weight lifting this past week. I feel the burn. I really feet it. My body is so sore. I notice it most it my abs. Its worth the pain because I know what I am doing is working. My biceps are starting to look better to, they have a touch of sexxy now. I also have been continuing using the elliptical machine everyday, but now I only go for 33 min and burn around 425 calories.
I fucking love tomato and mozzarella and basil. I have had it for lunch or dinner for the past week. I am considering making a diet for it. It would be included in the Zeller diet. It would be the monthly special where for one month you eat only this. Just an idea.
The book I suggested to all of you that I originally said was amazing has turned into a fucking horrible book. I mean seriously horrible. I cannot read another page of it and I am going to return in as soon as possible. The concept was sick but the mother fucking piece of shit author did not write the book about what the summery he wrote about. SCUM BAG.
A suggestion that I have for all of you which I guarantee is good is for everyone to buy the new Madden 2011. As posting on the right side for easy buying with special deal.

Personal Day
This is the before picture of me and lets see what I look like in a month after weight lifting.
I took the today off and just relaxed. It was a well deserved Zeller day. I started off by sleeping late which is something I rarely do. Then I washed my Ford Explorer. It was a bitch to clean it but it was worth it to ride around in my slick ride where I went to the bank and get my haircut.Then it was off to the gym where I worked out for an hour doing weights. After that I went to Barns and Nobel and bought
When I got home I went and ate such a refreshing lunch which consisted of fresh organic tomatoes, mozzarella, and balsamic vinegar.
So yesterday I went to the gym and finally had my personal training session where I was showed how to use all of the weight machines properly and then given a weight lifting routine. (The Zeller Diet Part II: Weight Lifting to Lose Weight) It will be reviled this week. I also want to say that I got such a day deal for lunch yesterday in NYC. 1 Dollar slices of plain pizza at this place on 38th and 8th ave. Pizza tasted great and for $2 I couldn't ask for a better price.

Crystal Light has gone to the DARK SIDE
I also cheated on my diet today by having a wheat bagel with lox and cream cheese. Although, it felt so good to divulge into a good NY bagel and eat some lox. Nothing compares to eating some smoked salmon, its a must eat for Jews and most of the world has caught on. I am talking about you, my Irish friend, I know u like my good Jew food.
Another great thing I have not mentioned yet is how I finally fit into all of my summer cloths now. It feels amazing to put all of my dark colored clothing away and bring out all my bright summer stuff. It also feels great to walk around in a size Large T-Shirt without jelly rolls sicking out from the sides. The other great benefit is that I have 3 more pairs of jeans now because of the weight loss. These pairs of jeans are really good ones because I always bought them as encouragement to lose weight and I finally have a chance to wear them. Finally, I would like to mention that I am on the last notch in my belt. At one point in the winter I was one notch away from needing a bigger belt. So right now I am a happy camper. The clothing test is one of the best ways to really track weight loss without counting pounds.

Struggling with the Diet and Working Out
I look to the sky and hope to fly but I need to find my new high.
I am currently struggling with my diet and working out. Working everyday adds this extra exhaustion to your body that you can only really understand if you actually have worked a real job. (Camp Counselor's do not count) All of this has lowered my motivation for going to the gym. I need to find that reason for going again. I need a new fucking spark or else this boat is going to sink. Not from hole but because of to much weight. I have been eating healthy but just not Zeller Diet healthy. I look better today then in the last 10 months, however, my goal is to finally look fucking hot.

I am currently struggling with my diet and working out. Working everyday adds this extra exhaustion to your body that you can only really understand if you actually have worked a real job. (Camp Counselor's do not count) All of this has lowered my motivation for going to the gym. I need to find that reason for going again. I need a new fucking spark or else this boat is going to sink. Not from hole but because of to much weight. I have been eating healthy but just not Zeller Diet healthy. I look better today then in the last 10 months, however, my goal is to finally look fucking hot.

Happy Gilmore and Subway and Chuck?
So today at work I figured I would skip lunch to save some calories. Horrible idea, by 2:30 I had a headache and I was starving. So I decided to go get something to eat. I went to one of my favorite fast food places which is Subway. I ordered a foot long ham sandwich on wheat bread. I also got no cheese and light dressing. This is the way to go when you are on a diet. I understand how hard it can be to eat healthy while working everyday, but try to make conscious decisions and limit your calorie intake. So the health tip of the day is, if your are going to have bread, make sure it is wheat. Do get suckered in to thinking that the Italian herb and cheese french bread is going to taste better and make your sandwich better, because it will not if you just make sure to get jalapeños on it.
This Happy Gilmore commercial is probably one of the best Subway commercials ever.
I also want to say that one of my favorite tv show Chuck main sponsor is Subway.
Another interesting thing is that Jared, the publics spokesman for Subway went to Indiana University. The Subway Jared went to is on Atwater and Dunn. Its the biggest shit hole I have ever seen. You would figure they would make it nicer and revamp it since the legend of the fatty ate there and lose 200 pounds.

Return of the King
So I have not been to the gym since Saturday and I have been craving a workout like a fatty to his Big Mac or a crack bitch to her pipe. (Information from the TV show The Wire
) Once I saw today that I had gained one pound and weighted 171 pounds I know I needed to get my fat ass to the gym and suck up the pain and stop complaining like a bitch. So I managed to get to the gym just before closing today to do the elliptical for 25 min and lost 300 calories. My hand is still not in condition to weight lifting so I had to still hold off with that.
The other thing I forgot to mention yesterday about when getting off the train is the smell. There is nothing like that smell of NYC. Its not bad but it is distinct. I am surprised how they have not made a NYC cologne, it would be fire. Also this billboard is the same one I see everyday when I get out of Penn Station at 33 st and 8th ave. This billboard alway has the best things. Last summer is was a huge bottle of Patron and this spring it was a big bottle of Johnny Walker.
For all of the people that read my blog for the diet part, there is good news. I will start to write about the struggles of working and going on a diet and going to the gym. Losing 10 hours a day to work and traveling makes it a lot harder. The other hard thing is not to eat junk food when stressed out in the office. So far no stress, all thought it is only day to. I had to find a fresh fruit cart near work for when I get stressed because I already know where to get a candy bar.

I love NYC
I love NYC so much that I was thinking that I should stop going to the gym and just run around the city after work everyday. Then I got to thinking that I should become the Naked Runner. Its time for a new person to take over Times Square. I would be running everyday and have Zellerdiet.com tattooed on my ass. Then this blog would really take off and I be mad famous.I still am on the disabled list due to my hand injury; however, recovery is fast and I should be back on the roster by Thursday. Not working out has made me feel like eating fatty foods, its horrible. I really think that going to the gym makes it easier to eat healthy.

The Zeller Diet Review
*UPDATE: I just got a real job in NYC and I start tomorrow.*
So I have been on the Zeller Diet for 4 weeks now and my starting weight was 182 pounds. I now currently weigh 170 pounds and lost a total of 12 pounds. My original goal was to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. Even though I did not accomplish my goal it is still possible to lose the 30 pounds in 30 days if you always follow the diet rules. I did my best but I broke the perfect diet rules too many times to get the perfect results. A lot of people have told me they are going to try out the Zeller diet and they want to know what are exactly the rules are. I am going to break them down into two parts, food and exercise.
Food Rules
Rule 1: Do not have more then 1150 calories a day
Rule 2: Never eat any carbs such as bread and pasta (Atkins Diet)
Rule 3: Always eat breakfast and make sure not to eat over 150 calories.
Best things to eat are Light Yogurts, Egg Whites, Bananas
Rule 4: Treat yourself at the end of the day with a 100 calorie ice cream
Rule 5: For dinner have a protein like Steak or Grilled Chicken
Rule 6: For Lunch try to eat foods that have high water content like fruits and vegetables
Rule 7: Drink 4 Quarts a Day of Crystal Light or Water (If soda, only diet)
Best flavors are Peach, Green Tea Raspberry, and Lemon
Rule 8: Make sure to drink 2 glasses of water when you wake up and before you go to sleep
Rule 9: Have a afternoon snack of 2 slices of cheese or small handful of peanuts
Rule 10: If you think you might pass out, just go take a nap
Exercise Rules
Rule 1: Play sports activity for 1 hour each day
Rule 2: Use the treadmill or elliptical, or jog outside for 1 hour each day.
Rule 3: If you want, only do weight lifting after second week and then only use light weights
Following these simple rules will allow you to achieve great weight loss in a short amount of time. Read previous blog post for rules on drinking vodka. I know a lot of you are going to say its not healthy, however, this diet is fine because this is a short term diet and there is no long term damage to your body from this diet. If you think different, well you are fucking wrong.

So Saturday night was wild...... I started of the night pre-gaming with my friends from high school who have not seen me drink vodka in a long time. Before I take a shot I do a cheers then I go on to say my person salute, "To the bottom of the barrel, to the deep blue sea, to where the women are pretty, and come after me!" No one belived that I made it up and stole it from some song. Well I did not and I had to explain each line to them. The first line refers to the to almost finished with the bottle of vodka, the second line refers to Sky vodka bottle (which is blue, I used to drink it all the time), and the rest is self explanatory. So after all of that they finally believed me. I also want to say that I did follow each and everyone of the diet drinking rules on Saturday night.
While in the city I managed to aggravate my rolled ankle from earlier on in the day, which caused me to fall and cup up my left hand. I am now currently decommissioned from going to the gym because of this. I should be taken off the DL by Wednesday and come back to my starting position and Boss.

Zeller replacing The Situation on Jersey Shore?
Rumors have it The Zeller replacing The Situation on Jersey Shore. City girls, its time for those Chasity belts to come off because Zeller is going to be all around NYC tonight. Tonight is the night Jay-Z salutes to me.
To prepare for this epic night I had to go to the gym today. Little did I know that my gym closes at 7:00, which only gave me one hour to work out. Since I played football today for a half hour I decided to only do 15 min on the elliptical and lost 180 calories. Next I did all of the upper and chest weights. I made sure to focus on my biceps because I know how much you girls love to see them big... Also, since its a city night I did some weight lifting machines to work on my ass. I do have the best ass but there is nothing wrong with improving it.
I will be following the Zeller rules of drinking. I am reposting them encase you forgot.
Rule 1: Take shots of vodka or mix drinks and only use diet soda. (using crystal light as chaser might cause vomiting the next day when drinking the 4 liters of CL)
Rule 2: Limit yourself to only one beer if you really need to have one. (make sure its a light beer)
Rule 3: Drink Fast to get drunk fast
Rule 4: Avoid Late night snacks at all cost, and drink two bottles of water before going to bed.
Rule 5: If you drink too much, do ...... (you know what i am talking about)

My arm is now a Cannon
So yesterday I decided to toss around the pigskin. The last time I had a football catch I was not able to throw far and yesterday I was able to throw for distance. Every toss was a perfect tight spiral that went down the field. I am shocked at how fast I am seeing results with weight lifting. Today I went to the gym and did weight lifting for 45 min. When I go to the gym tomorrow I will write down every machine I used, the weight, reps and sets. From then on I will have a little part in my blog of my daily gym regiment.
I forgot to mention that I bought gym workout gloves at Dicks Sporting Goods two days ago. The reason I am mentioning this is because they were Nike and normally $22 and they are now on sale for $8. So if you need a pair then I suggest you to get then at Dicks.
Since I posted about how eating spicy foods speeds up your metabolism I have been adding lots of spice to everything I eat. Like today I loaded my homemade chicken chili with tons of cayenne pepper powder and franks hot sauce. There was a major kick to lunch and I am sure I will have repercussions from that later.
Health Tip for the Day: Instead of having Ice cream for dessert on a hot summer day, try putting some fruit on the grill. There is nothing better after grilling burgers then to go eat a nice piece of grilled pineapple
I will be going to see the movie Inception today and I will be bring in my own food, so ushers at UA Westbury 12 Movie Theater beware that I will be that fat kid with blueberries in his pants.

The Marijuana Diet
Does Marijuana speed up your metabolism? The quick answer is yes, but it does not increase it that much. Smoking Marijuana can speed up your heart rate which then cause your metabolism to increase. A lot of people talk about going on a Marijuana diet, however it does not work if you just sit on your lazy ass and smoke weed. Although the Cocaine diet does work based on all of the skinny crack bitch models.
You can incorporate Marijuana into your diet to help you speed up your metabolism at key times during a day. Based on internet research the best time to smoke an L would be at night before going to bed. It says there are two great benefits to doing this. The first would be that you get an amazing sleep and when you wake up in the morning you feel refreshed and ready to take on the days challenges. The second is the research says that smoking weed is amazing. "Honestly, who doesn't like taking a few nice bong rips out of a 2 foot green label roar with a ice catcher and diffuser before going to bed." Then is goes on to say there is nothing better then getting stoned and watching a movie then going to sleep.

Now remember a big rule while on a diet. Do not eat after 9:00 pm. If you must eat make sure to eat some fruit and vegetables. I know you might crave some McDonald's or White Castle but hold off that temptation and eat healthy and you will wake up feeling even better then you thought was possible.
So yesterday I went to the gym and ran on the elliptical for 33 min and lost 430 calories. Then I went and did weight lifting. I only use the machines. I did every machine that was for stomach, chest, upper chest, and arms. On most machines I put the weight at 70 pounds for a light workout to firm the muscles. For every machine I did 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps. I plan on doing this regiment for the rest of this week.
The one thing I noticed yesterday is that I was not sure if I was using every machine correctly so I wanted to get a personal training session to teach me the things properly. When I went to the front desk I asked the guy who signed me up how much would it cost me and he told me that since I am a new member I get a free one house personal trainer. He told me to come back tomorrow and I can get my session. Seriously, that made my day. This gym is fucking amazing. I only paid $30 a month for summer special prices and I even get a free hour personal trainer that could cost at least $50. HealthRax in Glen Cove, NY is the best gym ever.
